UK and US Orders: Free Returns & 28 Day Full Refund on all orders

Europe: Free returns for orders £200 and above.  

Rest Of The World: Full refund upon receipt of return paid by the customer.

TAXES AND DUTIES

US Orders: All taxes and duties to the U.S. are included in the price stated at checkout and covered by Esin Akan. If the order is returned the customer will be refunded in full including any local sales taxes charged. 

UK Orders: VAT is included in the prices and it will be calculated and shown at checkout. There are no import duties or taxes applicable on UK orders. If the order is returned the customer will be refunded in full including any local sales taxes charged. 

EU Orders: All orders are shipped on a Duty Tax paid and included in the purchase price. Rates may vary depending on the country. If the order is returned the customer will be refunded in full including any local sales taxes charged. 

ROW Orders: All orders are shipped on a Duty Tax paid and included in the purchase price. Rates may vary depending on the country.

Since Brexit, all orders arriving to a country that is a member of the European Union, need to undergo a customs clearance process that doesn't require any payment. Our warehouse is closed during the official bank holidays in the UK. Please, order two days before the official holidays to receive your order before closure. Order received one day before or during the holiday period will be shipped on next working day.

      CARRIER COMPANIES WE WORK WITH

      For UK deliveries we work with Royal Mail, DPD and DHL.  During peak times such as the last two weeks before Christmas, we ship by DHL Express.

      For international shipments, we work with FEDEX, UPS or DHL Express. During peak times such as the last two weeks before Christmas, we offer FREE DHL EXPRESS shipping for all UK and international orders. 

      WHAT IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY BAG AFTER IT IS SHIPPED?
