Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over £200/$250.
How long does delivery take?
Items usually arrive within 3-5 days of purchase.
Our products are safely shipped globally from London, United Kingdom or New York, USA.
You will receive an email from us once your package has shipped with a tracking number and a link to track directly.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping varies, please reach out to us at info@esinakan.com if you need an update.
This may vary due to customs clearance and other variables. We have no control over international shipping times but we do insure all packages in case of loss.
Can I ship multiple items to different addresses?
Unfortunately, at this time we can only ship to one address per order. We would recommend placing different orders for each address.

Product Care
How do you recommend I look after my leather bag?
Materials: Our bags are made from the highest quality leather, which is a by-product of the food industry. All of our products are crafted using sustainable methods in Europe. At Esin, we’re also proud to plant a tree for every bag sold.
Care: To preserve the original look and feel of the leather, avoid direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and extreme temperatures. Esin Akan recommends gently wiping the leather with a slightly damp, soft cloth when needed.
Can I have my bag repaired?
For free repairs, please send your item back using the link above with a note inside the bag including the order number, name, return address and part to fix.
If it is an order from outside the U.K., please return your item at your own expense to Esin Akan Returns, Lacuna, Unit 13-15 Wintonleas Industrial Estate, Monument Way West, Woking, GU21 5EN, U.K.

How do I report a problem with my order?
We are sorry to hear you have a problem with your order. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience we may have caused.
- If you have received a faulty or incorrect item(s) please email us with your order number and details so we can resolve any issues. When possible please attach any photos of damages your items may have incurred.
- If you wish to return or exchange your item please visit our Shipping & Returns page for more information.
Do you offer returns and exchanges?
If you are not perfectly satisfied you may return items within 28 days. Please note, that returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have a further 14 days to return unsuitable items.
UK and US Orders: Free Returns & 28 Day Full Refund on all orders
Europe: Free returns for orders £200 and above.
Rest Of The World: Full refund upon receipt of return paid by the customer.
