IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER FROM THE EU OR ROW

We offer free returns for orders £200 and above. Please, email info@esinakan.com the order and tracking number with the reason for return. We'll provide the return label by email.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

All returns must be returned in perfect, resalable condition, unused, with original packaging and (including boxes and dustbags and protective film intact on hardware.)

Damaged items such as those that are scratched, worn, or not in their original packaging or missing parts such as straps are not eligible for refunds. If you need any assistance, please contact Customer Care: info@esinakan.com

REFUNDS

We will process your refund within 3 - 5 working days of delivery and an email will be sent to confirm your return has been processed. 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS FROM PARTNER RETAILERS

If you made your purchase through a partnered retail location, then any return will need to be made in accordance with the return/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and should not be returned directly to us.
