Introducing SS18 Collection

Those of you who follow the brand know about Esin Akan and also the designer. After launching in 2012, the brand has grown and evolved to cater to busy working women who need practicality as well as style. Designer Akan describes her ambition as “helping busy women achieve their highest potential by looking stylish and confident in every situation; from the office to weekends with friends, nights out, and even the gym”.

This brings us to the new SS18 Collection. The SS18 Collection is the most distinguished to date and is inspired by recent travels and customer feedback. This collection blends the practical needs of the busy, modern woman and endless travel inspiration to fit current world trends. Each handbag has its own unique style, designed to be used in multiple scenarios such as work, travel, evenings and holidays. From backpacks to totes, clutches to cross-body bags, this collection allows you to switch up your look at moment’s notice. The entire collection is also very light. Weight was something that proved to be important to working women as they travel through the city, hence we have created lighter bags with more compartments to suit every individuals need for organisation and convenience. Combining luxury craftsmanship and convertible designs, the versatility, style and elegance ensures this collection will be staple accessories for seasons to come.

At the centre of the collection is the Paris, the collections ‘It’ bag, the ‘must have’ of the season. Available in two sizes, the Paris embodies Esin Akan. The Mini Paris can be used as a shoulder day bag or convert to an occasion handhold bag effortlessly. Whilst the Paris Large is a versatile tote that can be converted into different shapes and/or colours to adapt to your look with the help of the straps. Other styles include Amsterdam - a convertible backpack tote inspired by the vibrant friendly city that is Amsterdam, New York - a stylish twist on a classic tote with a detachable clutch/pouch available in a range of colours for a beautiful mix and match combination and Rome - an elegant shoulder bag to carry you through to the evening with a roll down feature that converts this day bag to an evening clutch. Smaller designs added to the collection include Barcelona, Sicily, London and Sardinia. Ranging from £100-£500, this collection is the most affordable and functional, different to anything in the market right now. By now, you might be realizing that there is a theme with the names of the bags, that’s because each bag represents a city. Every bag has a story, inspiration taken from the cosmopolitan cultures and cities of this beautiful and diverse world.
